Aditya is currently working as the Vice President and Head of Customer Experience at TransUnion CIBIL Limited, the leading credit bureau in India. He is passionate about finding innovative ways to transform businesses and customer experiences using Data, Analytics & Technology.

With over 16 years of experience across various roles in Banking and Credit Information industry, he is credited with a proven performance track record in setting up multi-million dollar businesses for large Multinational Banks, managing innovative product & marketing initiatives and leading high-performance teams.

Prior to joining TransUnion CIBIL, Aditya has worked with Deutsche Bank and Citibank in India. During his stints with various organisations, he is known to have built effective partnerships with leading corporations, Regulators & government authorities.

Aditya has completed his Global Management program from Anderson School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles. He has done his MBA from DAVV, Indore.

Aditya is an active life-member with All India Management Association and is associated closely with leading management institutions, contributing in fostering Industry-Academia interactions through active workshops, mentoring programs and pro-bono consulting to these institutions.

Aditya cherishes a passion for long road trips and is an avid cyclist. He has pursued road trips to Bhutan, Nepal & Ladakh valley in recent past. Aditya lives in Delhi and makes his family with a wife and 2 Kids.
