John Mathew is Head- Digital & Multi-Channel Marketing at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Having spent most of his career in advertising, he has nearly two decades of cumulative experience in advertising (both main stream and pharmaceuticals), Digital Marketing,Content Marketing and E-commerce. He had worked with advertising agencies such as  MAA Bozell, R K SWAMY BBDO and pharmaceutical companies such as Cipla, Novartis and Glenmark.

As a digital and multi-channel marketing strategist and practitioner, John had conceived and implemented various multi-channel marketing activities such as consumer-customer interfacing platforms, digital brand and therapy engagement tools, Social Media activations, Digital PR activities, Digital brand campaigns, closed-loop marketing communications and e-commerce business models.

John was instrumental in developing and establishing the consumer interface platforms,  arguably the first of its kind in the area of cosmetic dermatology & beauty and www.bpincontrol the first consumer portal for Hypertension awareness. Today these content marketing platform engages with millions of users.

John is a graduate in Science and Post graduate in Management and an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) .
