Ajay is a Senior CX professional with over 29 years experience across Hospitality, Technology and Real Estate sectors. He has been instrumental in consistently exceeding revenue targets; setting industry defining standards and benchmarks in CX ; establishing Standardised Operating Procedures and getting them externally certified (ISO 9001:2015 and 10002) across industries; establishing, measuring and exceeding Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT, TSAT, LSC, NPS etc). He has set up both centralised as well as distributed pan India Service organisations. He has to his credit a) the first COPC certified Holiday company in the world (Mahindra Holidays); b) establishing the first broadband portal in India (sifymax) etc., He has completed a Senior Leadership programme from IIM-A, and has done his masters and bachelors specialising in Hospitality Management.
