Arvind leads the After sales and customer service team at Xiaomi India as a Senior Director and an overall 30+ years of experience. He is responsible for expanding and improving the quality of service network for Xiaomi India. He is also the Vice Chairman of Channel Committee in Xiaomi India.
Under Arvind’s guidance, Xiaomi India expanded their service network up to 2000+ service centers for all product categories. The vertical has delivered very high CSAT and NPS scores, along with being touted as No.1 in After Sales Service by Red Quanta report for 6 quarters. Under his leadership, the After Sales network has also been awarded with ISO Certification 9001:2015 on quality management and 14001:2015 on environment management system.
Prior to this, he was the Director - Care Supply Chain in Nokia at regional level of SEAP & IMEA, and Vice President for Customer Service in Micromax. He has also worked with LG, Tata Tele Services in the past.
In his free time, Arvind likes to spending time with his two sons and wife, and travel with them.
