Corporate Experience: More than 15 years in Managing Business – from Junior Managerial Levels to General Management Levels. The journey included working with the most iconic Global & Indian Brands / Organizations like PepsiCo, Samsung, Pidilite, Crompton Greaves which led me to my current assignment at The Kraft Heinz Company. Thru these years, I have been able to work on key assignments of operational mergers of acquired companies with parent company, setting – up a business, scaling up a sub-scale business & turning around sub- optimal / loss-making businesses. All of these were achieved while having razon-sharp focus on productivity improvements & enhancing operational efficiencies – thru right-sizing, structural corrections & / or process optimization / automation.
Being in consumer product domain, I have been able to acquire reasonable expertise in the field of setting-up & scaling-up of physical distribution of products across the length & breadth of the country – thru the right set of channels, for the right set of customers / consumers. & while that is being achieved, the cost-to-serve remained optimized.
Being in leadership assignments for more than a decade, I have been able to acquire reasonable people management skills – esp. in the areas of Organization Structure, Talent Management & Acquisition, Organization Capability & Performance Management.
