Praveen is a customer experience strategist for over 20 years. He has engaged with a number of organizations on customer centricity strategies, customer centricity culture, measurement and advocacy. Praveen has worked extensively with large organizations across multiple categories and sectors such as banking, insurance, telecom, retail, manufacturing and automotive to name a few.
He was recently honored as the “50 Most Impactful Customer Experience Consultant” in India. A frequent speaker on customer experience, he is also a guest columnist on online publications and websites. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hansa Research Group, the largest Indian research & insights organization in India, engaged extensively in the area of customer experience measurement and strategy
