Practice Head Customer Analytics

A customer analytics evangelist, Prashant Pandey comes with over 17 years of corporate experience. Through his professional stint in IT enabled services, Prashant has carved a niche for himself in customer services, training & application consulting, business development and client relationship management.

As a versatile customer experience professional, at Verint, Prashant is responsible for helping organizations improve processes and customer delight to optimize investments and reduce cost.

As Practice Head, Customer Analytics, Prashant is extensively engaged in the mapping of client’s business requirement to the application functionalities and in the deployment of the applications at client location/process.

While executing medium to large scale Quality Monitoring (QM) and speech analytics deployments, product adoption and consultancy assignments for Verint customers across India, SE Asia, Australia and Turkey, Prashant has been responsible for strategic planning and re-engineering processes at various contact centers to optimize Return on Investment (ROI).

In his early years of association with Verint, Prashant was responsible for setting up training and offering regional Support for Asia Pacific countries. Developed and implemented best practice methodologies to enhance the quality of training & consultancy delivery for Workforce Optimization (WFO) applications, hence enhancing the delivery process.

As an empathic leader, Prashant is known for his people management skills. A polyglot, Prashant is endorsed by his peers for industry knowledge, contact centre technology, consultative selling and driving Customer Experience (CX).
